The most recent Mt St. Helens climbing report has some information about road closures and snow conditions; it doesn't look like the Sno-Park has enough snow yet:

Forest Road 81-830 is Closed to Climbers Bivouac.

Forest Road 83 is currently Open to Marble Mountain Sno*Park . Only patches of snow at Marble Mountain Sno*Park as of 01/05/2012

Sno*park Permits are required at Marble and Cougar Sno Parks.
