For those in the vicinity of Lake Chelan, there are 25 miles of snowshoe and cross-country ski trails open at the Echo Ridge Winter Trails. From the Forest Service news release:

Skiers will find all trails, except for the Outback, already flat packed with new tracks and 8-10 feet of corduroy surface. All Trailheads are plowed and open for parking. Come cross country ski or snow shoe the gentle rolling terrain and enjoy the scenic views from over 25 miles of winter trails.

Also, keep in mind these are not Sno-Parks, there are a different set of fees:

Ski passes are required for both ski and snowshoe trail use. Day passes are available on-site for $10.00 per adult, with no charge for skiers or snowshoers age 17 and under. Season passes are available for $70.00 at the Chelan Ranger District office.

A map from the Forest Service is available here, and a vicinity map and detailed conditions are available at lakechelannordic.org. You can also get directions via Google.
